I wanted to tell you how powerful the book is!  I read it cover to cover in one sitting and am now about to sit down for the second reading to really own some of the information.  When the student is ready the teacher arrives....thanks for arriving and helping me to transform what I have done for so many years of my life. 

I especially loved the part about doing and being coach...  I think I have always worked to be a counsellor and understood that if I was learning something to "do to someone else" then I was in trouble and only continuing the systems that I had struggled so hard to break out of all my life.  I have been working to integrate my learning's into my practice since I came home and I know the information in this book will help to move me along nicely!  I can't wait to do some more work on using the CODE model so I can be effective with this marvelous tool.
